Vegan Mint Slice Bliss Balls

Of course I need to recreate my naughty obsessions and make them a little bit healthier, right?! Well, it doesn’t always happen, but I was CRAVING a Mint Slice the other day and unfortunately couldn’t justify a trip to the supermarket just for biscuits (who have I become?!). BUT, I had all the ingredients to make a healthy version, which is a win-win.

VEGAN MINT SLICE BLISS BALLS
ingredients
– 1 cup organic hazelnuts
– 1/3 cup flaxseed
– 1/2 cup cocoa
– 12 pitted medjool dates
– 1/2 tahini or nut butter
– pinch of salt
– 3-4 drops Peppermint Essential Oil

Blitz together, adding a little bit of water if needed.
Roll into tbsp size balls and coat with Hemp seeds!
Store in the fridge, and if they last long enough, they can be stored for up to 10 days!
