Lemon + Coconut Bliss Balls

YUM. These are Tim’s favourite things that I’ve ever made.. usually they’re all gone before I can even eat one myself. Super easy to make, and super yummy to eat.


  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1 cup desicated coconut
  • Handful of raw cashews
  • 5 drops of lemon essential oil (doterra)
  • 2 tbsp of coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup or honey



Mix together or combine in food processor. Roll into balls, cover with excess coconut and pop in the fridge!

I sometimes add more or less of some things depending on what I’m feeling! Go nuts!
